4) Ask for the receipt at the end of the journey
5) Refuse multiple hiring

2) Driver’s name
3) Date and time of your trip

Your taxi should be:

1) Smoke-free
2) Clean and tidy
3) Well-maintained

Your driver should:

1) Be courteous and helpful
2) Know and obey all the traffic laws
3) Be neat, clean and tidy
4) Be wearing a uniform
